Meet Amanda Pawlowski! Amanda will be subbing for Hannah’s vinyasa class this Sunday, September 5th at 4pm. Her class will center around the yogic concept of tapas, or the friction generated by going against the grain of habit, of complacency, of doing what’s easiest.

Amanda comes to us after her 200 hour training with Veronica Lewinger and 3 years of teaching.
