I'm only a week in and wanted to give up because I had a rough weekend and got really down on myself. However, my bad ass coach Rachel, called me and got my attitude back in check. I woke up this morning, put my favorite tank on (progress and pride) in my fave color and crushed it in the gym. We are ALL stronger than we know and believe. I have a hard time posting these pics of myself because I'm used to posting ones of my clients...but I need to be held accountable.

I'm scared to death, but even if I don't make it, I'm going to try my hardest. At my age, it's been tough getting back into the swing of things, and I have to remind myself constantly not to compare myself to others (especially 20 year olds!) hahah...I'm a work in progress, but I'm proud of myself for at least starting and then not giving up.

I know it's not Wednesday, but I couldn't WAIT! This is definitely my -- she is SUCH a huge inspiration! To me, she is gorgeous and radiates light and love and confidence.
