Tacos de canasta! Tacos de canasta! 📢
I decided to try to make "basket tacos" today. Like ones Ive tried on Monterrey, México.

I made Carne Deshebrada (Shredded beef) , Papa con chorizo (Potatoes & Chorizo) and Frijoles (beans).

The technique is so difficult! Yet rewarding. I will be doing more of these soon for sure!

Sundays are for family! My new is killing the game.

Another successful taco night tonight. This time, as requested, I included some healthier options.

Cauliflower tacos with my romesco salsa.
Portobello mushroom tacos
And steak fajitas tacos

The feedback was solid!

Of course with the help of my new everything is so tasty and easy.

Another great Taco Tuesday! We all love tacos and I love making them. Yesterday I made Carnitas and salsa Morita.

So, 5 years ago I traveled to Monterrey, México for the first time and I tried carnitas and they were so delicious they quickly became my favorite Mexican dish. Today, for the first time I made them, and it turned out pretty good. I will keep perfecting my recipe!

BTW! I got my new grill . It is amazing, and will be my new workhorse! 😎

Yesterday kicked off my first day pursuing this new experience. What better way to start than Taco Tuesday! Bringing you a few tips on flavor that I learned in the time I spent in Monterrey, México. Spicy, bold flavors from the streets of North Mexico brought straight to you.
