With all the violence this past year in the Pacific Northwest and now the new regulations preventing law enforcement to effectively do their jobs, RCC is stepping things up to protect our employees.

Today we had a team of professional fighters and instructors spend the morning teaching our staff how to defend themselves. Equiping them with new tools and the skills to be able to deploy them effectively.

What a blessing to have the church community and the Mayor of Auburn come to visit and pray over our building and our employees. After the week we had and the violence and vandalism we experienced this was a well needed blessing.

At RCC, we are family. When one of us is ill we all feel it. Lourdes has been working with us for over 10 years and most recently at the New Life Church campus. Her hard work and dedication sets the standard for how we operate as a company and brings pride to the work we do.

Even though someone vandalized the front of our building they could not damage our resolve. Much to our surprise some local church members came by to help our staff clean up. They did not say from which church they were from, only that they knew who we were. So thank you fellow Christians for supporting my staff when they felt so violated and disheartened.

Another wonderful community member also stopped in to help and worked hand in hand to restore the damage. Our great Mayor Nancy Backus openly wept as she helped with the clean up efforts. Her very presence and willingness to serve the people of Auburn not only helped restored the damaged area, but helped restore trust and mend the hearts of my two shaken staff members.

I went to visit the mayor and thank her personally but she was not in her office. She was out in the city among her people, serving no doubt. As I returned to my block I passed a sign I had passed a hundred times before... and as I stood there and pondered its simple words the profound nature of the statment struck me.

Even when people seek to do evil, small acts of goodness and kindness by the saints will over come it. I love my city and the community of Auburn.

Some lovely person saw fit to vandalize the front of our business this morning.

Things are getting worse by the day.

This marks 3 incidents in the past week.

$500 REWARD FOR THE NAME OF THIS ASSAILANT.

Two of my employees were attacked last night as they drove thru Downtown Auburn. A vagrant was causing a scene at an intersection and they stopped to call the police. Thats when he ran up on them and sprayed inside the cab of our company vehicle with bear mace. The coward then ran off.
The police were called and they are looking for the suspect.

My employees are still suffering from the effects of the attack but are back to work today. If anyone know who this suspect is please send in your tips. I am sure he is bragging about the attack or possibly suffering some of the bear mace effects.

It was great to spend the evening with my crew in the Vancouver Branch.

The role of your position is to free our time from organizing and administrative tasks so that we can spend maximum time on strategic tasks.

Responsibilities typically include:
• acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• managing Calendars, organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
• booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• organizing events and conferences
• reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• managing databases and filing systems

Qualifications and training required
