We are excited to cater the Sutter County Sheriffs Posse dinner tomorrow night. The posse members did an awesome job getting the auction items and selling tickets for this epic event. we can’t wait to see you all at the event.

Recently we made some improvements to our two trailer smokers during our yearly maintenance.

Thanks to Kevin K***z who hand built this new smoker. Thanks to Dan Buttler, Shawn Fenton Jasmyn Maples for helping out as well. Today we painted the old girl and she turned out like a beauty.

The old Silver Sage Smoke Wagon was also refurbished by Kyle McCraw and it all cleaned up and painted black.

We hope everyone is having a great spring.

Had a great time raising money for youth shooting sports last night. The athletes of A&A Shooters did a killer job at serving all the attendees. The crew of Silver Sage Catering served up the grub!
