Great service, superior food and a fun atmosphere are the three non-negotiables that we will provide. I am Chris Gary and have always enjoyed not only eating good food, but also preparing it as well. As I have traveled around the country and the world, the one element that makes me enjoy an establishment is outstanding personal service. My intent is to provide you with unsurpassed service. Our pleasure is to take care of you. We also believe that a tip is not a tax. Never will we automatically add a gratuity to your check regardless of your party size. Honestly, I believe that is penalizing my staff to predetermine an amount. Again, we believe a gratuity is not a tax, but our service will exceed my lofty expectations. Please know we are always looking for ways to better serve you so please tell us how we can do so. Tilapia is on the menu around the globe because of research work done at Auburn University. For that reason, it is on our menu as a way of saying thank you to Auburn University for continued research to make our lives better. Some of our products, poultry and others, come from our own College of Agriculture allowing us to provide a fresh product to you. You may notice that some of our tasty items are identified as Uncle Charlie. These items are Uncle Charlie Wilton’s recipes. His bread pudding with a whiskey sauce is something you will be talking about for days to come how good it is. Do save a bit of room for this treat. Our one-pound burger is called Number 90 and is constructed for the bigger appetites. Many have attempted to handle it but only a very few can actually say they did. Are you up to the challenge? As many products as we can are home-made or prepared on premises at The Oaks at South College. Dressings, sauces, spices, whiskey sauce. The little things make something that is good – great! We know you have many dining options but please know we are grateful that you chose to join us. Thank you for being here. Standing in Central Park in New York, I had a kielbasa sausage dog with sautéed peppers and onions and mustard. At the time, I thought I had never had a better dog. It was so good that I have incorporated it to my menu. I think you too will agree that the CG Kielbasa sausage dog is a luxury item but will not break the bank to enjoy this luxury. Your taste buds will be appreciative! By happenstance I discovered a baked wing that my kids would eat four nights a week. This is not your traditional fried wing (but we also have that as well…) but baked to the point of super tenderness and taste. We have five variations but the honey bbq is a must try. The CG baked wings will be a new found favorite of yours, I am quite sure of that. We will be glad to mix and match as well. We want your palette to be happy…
