I went back out and picked up more trash on the road with a creek that I like to run on. Here is more evidence of drinking drivers tossing out their empties on a road they feel is obscure enough to do so without detection. Multiply this by the many areas in our nation where drivers are drinking while they travel. It’s important that we speak out to law enforcement officials regarding concerns about drinkers and drug addicts on our public roads and highways. I’m currently in contact with MADD (Mother’s Against Drunk Driving) about this. This would be a good organization for many of you who feel the same as I do to be in touch with. I am praying about tonight... New Year’s Eve - a night when many traffic fatalities and accidents happen.
