Wanted to learn background illustration this year, this one is my first.

“Fashion #002”

I’ve been drawing women in gowns since I was 3 years old. It’s my way of relaxing.

Inspired by a gown from Drenusha Xharra Spring/Summer 2022 Couture collection. I changed the top of the neckline, taking out two fanned panels and softening the look with a pastel rainbow gauze like material. I love a color changing iridescent fabric, so added that as well. The color pallet was color picked from a random painting that had a lovely wooded sunset background.

“Eden”

The Bible doesn’t say what the Forbidden Fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil actually looked like. We just know it opened Eve’s eye and mind to a whole new world and life. I can’t help but think about Cannabis having a similar story.

This plant opens up the mind and body to wondrous states of being, creativity, and healing. The stigma is that it separates us from God, when it actually as the ability to bring us closer to understanding and enlightenment.

Forbidden for so long because it helps us see through the lies and bu****it, which higher powers try to tell us is Paradise. Consuming the fruit brings us to the realization that the Paradise was a Paradox, and you can’t go back after that.

I got a recently and it's been life changing! I love "floating" with my Hubby around Denver, it's gotten me out into nature and parks more than I ever have during my entire 6.5 years of living in Colorado.
