🗳️🙏🏻 Thank You Aurora!!
I am truly honored and excited to have the opportunity to serve our community and our schools as your Aurora City School Board Member. I promise to work tirelessly to fulfill the responsibilities of this role by ensuring our schools are the best we can make them.
I am extremely grateful to each and every one of you who stood by me during the school board election. Your support, your votes, your kind words, and your time and energy given to my campaign have truly made a difference!
Thank you for believing in me and my vision for our schools. Your support means the world to me, and I can’t wait to get started!
Happy Election Day!!!
📣 Tuesday, November 7th is quickly approaching!! Since announcing my candidacy, I have worked endlessly to prepare myself for this new role by:
✅ Embracing every opportunity to engage with community members, answering questions, listening to concerns and exchanging ideas
✅ Utilizing outside resources to further enhance my knowledge
✅ Familiarizing myself with board meetings and the rules that govern them
🏫 I strongly believe in the power of hard work and dedication, and I am committed to working tirelessly for our students as a School Board member. Our children’s education deserves nothing less.
📣 The last Meet & Greet is TONIGHT!!! With the November 7th election just days away, this is a great opportunity to ask questions and share your thoughts/concerns with two Aurora Board of Education candidates. 🏫
Did you know the Ohio School Board Association (OSBA) recommends a full policy manual re-write every five years? 📔📝
As laws and regulations continue to rapidly change, an outdated policy manual that is not occasionally reviewed and updated can quickly become obsolete and vulnerable to legal pitfalls.
As a school board candidate, I want to emphasize the importance of regularly updating our school policy manual and ensuring that our policies, old and new, continue to align with the strategic vision of Aurora City Schools. ✨🏫
The OSBA offers services ranging from premium services with full support to basic services that are self-driven. If elected, I look forward to exploring opportunities to dive into our aging policy manual and update those policies that require updating.
🎃 Happy Halloween from the Klich’s 🎃

📣 Communication 📣
It is a privilege to live in a community that continually supports its schools. What I would like to see is a more streamlined approach to communicating the achievements of both our students and educators through an official ACSD page.
Facebook remains the primary platform utilized by Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials. It can be an effective tool capable of reaching an audience that spans multiple generations.
Showcasing the high quality education offered by Aurora City Schools helps create an experience that connects community stakeholders directly to Aurora City School District regardless of parental status.
