This month, we’re highlighting some of the work we do to support CNH Commercial Services, where we play a crucial role in supporting communications from around 30 different CNH business teams to over 2,000 dealers across North America.
As the primary publishers to the secure ‘Dealer Portal’ website for North America, we have a big responsibility to field a wide variety of content publishing requests, organize information in a consistent way that’s easy to find and present the information in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s equal parts librarian, master problem-solving sleuth and typing speed racer (because who doesn’t want their content published as soon as possible?). We enjoy the responsibility of ensuring consistent communications, but the real fun is in the adventure of creating something new and we always love a fresh challenge!

We have been proud to elevate New Holland Construction's digital presence to new heights since launching their modernized website in December. This year, we've been working on increasing content for individual products and attachments, promoting offers and integrating interactive elements that boost user experience. And we're gearing up to get translations added for Spanish and French later this year! Let's go! 🚧
