That time Johnathan and I helped a Spartan flag reach the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro. This was the trip we took Erika Bogan to the top to help her raise awareness for su***de prevention in the disability community! Specifically the wheelchair community!

The 2024 MHTS Race and event season is underway!!
We had a few who stepped out last week for the very same event in another state. It’s a fan favorite and for some it’s our 14/15th time doing it. What event do I speak of??
Well I’m so glad you asked!
It’s the Hot Chocolate 15k/5k right here in HOTLANTA!
This Sunday downtown Atanta at Centennial Olympic Park many of Team More Heart Than Scars will step off at 7:30 am. With visions of hot chocolate and marshmallows dancing in our heads, we will take to the streets of Atlanta with thousands of our closest friends. Fun times and shenanigans will be had by all! Stay tuned for pics and maybe some vids of the festivities!!

IT’S RACE WKND FOR Team More Heart Than Scars!!

Team MHTS will be descending upon Newberry South Carolina for the:
SPARTAN RACE South Carolina Trifecta and Ultra Weekend!!
On Saturday will have a crew doing the Ultra and three crews doing the Beast!
Our crew for the Ultra will have a few first timers. Erin, Michael & Joseph. Help us cheer them on!!
Sunday we’ll have a big crew taking on the Super & the Sprint!!
We’ll see lots of familiar faces and hopefully make some new friends! If you’re going, please stop by and see us in the festival area before or during the events! Our friends from Lionhearts Fitness Center & Team Oscar Mike Foundation will also be on hand as well!! And ya neva know, we just may have some Grey Berets & Grey Betties sightings!! We all accept hugs & high fives! So come give us some!!
