These types of articles really do break my heart...
I have been contemplating a project to help support our retired seniors. I have already started drafting it up but will definitely need to make a collection of some sort that teaches them different things that will help them navigate the learning curves.

Alot of downloads are coming in for this idea, I wouldn't be surprised if I finish by the end of the week...I can't seem to let it go..but I have other projects to get out too...

I was very reluctant to get back into teaching Financial Literacy.

I wanted to strictly focus on Private Money Lending and go straight into all things Real Estate and GET PAID. I have developed some great relationships recently that will keep those services going consistently!

I am grateful I now have spaces to offer my programs internationally where people need my services and understand the full picture of my mission.

Time lost is equivalent to money lost.

Most people unintentionally lose precious time by doing everything themselves.
A better way to optimize your time is to focus on what you do best and reap maximum results.

Example: We planned to have outside tasks completely delegated; and now that we found out the hard way how difficult that really is; we must wait until we find the right people who understands the mission clearly but for now I have automated some areas to make things a little easier on myself. I want to express gratitude for my branding team and my good friend Jer for stepping in and helping me get some things done on my website and calendly.
