Sorry for the delay!! I’ve been super busy lately, it tough keeping up with social media sometimes.

It’s wild how many people have been coming through lately, especially in this heat 🥵.

Todays customer!

2006 MX5 Mazda Miata.

Fuel pump and both lower control arms!

A good customer of mine needed this done for their daughter before she made the drive back home. I’ve been around these specific cars for years, still no small task.

This customer exhibited sluggish performance and some occasional stumbling. He suspected the fuel pump, and as seen here the fuel pump sock was absolutely packed full of debris! It nearly resembled a teabag!

Common symptoms and signs of a clogged fuel pump “sock” are reduced engine performance, stumbling, trouble keeping the engine running, and can even over work your fuel pump to the point it needs to be replaced like in this particular case.

The control arms went on without an issue and I knew that they would need an alignment afterwards. I made sure that the wheels were pointed straight enough to get them to a nearby alignment shop.

Not a bad day so far. 👍 😎

Todays customer!!!!!

1997 Suzuki X90

This was a special one! This particular job was pretty simple; only a power steering belt and an alternator belt this time around. Super cool to see these little cars again! These belts were rotted and damn near ready to pop which spells bad news if the alternator belt gave way because it also drives the water pump.

Don’t let your belts get this bad! Thankfully our customer was very conscious of their condition and acted accordingly.

Shoutout to Mirabella Motorsports for letting me work on this little thing!

Today customer!

2004 Infiniti G35.

Lots of suspension work going on this month!

This customer felt allot of “bouncing” for weeks which indicated to me that the front struts were most likely completely blown. Sure enough: they were 👎.

Common symptoms of blown shocks include.
Instability at highway speeds, excessive “rolling” in corners, consistent “bouncing” or hard diving under braking. This can lead to excessive tire wear, brake pad wear and kills your fuel mileage costing you more money in the long run! (are y’all seeing a trend yet?)

More importantly blown struts/ shocks can make daily driving dangerous which can cause an accident. Don’t be that guy 🤦‍♂️

In not time flat we had this customer back on the road!

Todays customer!

2015 Ford Mustang GT

To be honest The only Mustang I ever liked was “Eleanor” from ‘Gone In 60 Seconds’ but after putting this 5.0 on some BMR lowering springs; I kinda want one 🤔.

Out with the old in with the new. This customer was super pleased with the new look!

Looking forward to doing more to this thing in the future! 🤙

Todays customer!

2019 Ford Fusion.

Originally this customer needed an oil change and one thing I like to do is to make sure the oil is hot before I pull the drain plug. As I started her car, I noticed the motor was shaking pretty bad upon start up, at first I thought it was a misfire; I opened the hood and took a look to find it was a broken transmission mount. Broken motor mounts can cause a pile of issues that compound into bigger problems later in your cars life if gone unchecked. You could
eventually experience driveability problems and can even affect your fuel mileage!

When I let the customer know they were very pleased to finally figure out why their car was running so rough.

Thankfully the local AutoZone had a new mount, we got that issue fixed along with a new oil change. 👍

Onto the next one!

Wow, so first off, sorry for the massive delay with updates/ post on here.

I know I opened this page almost a year ago and so much has happened, but I missed such an important step letting y’all know about it.

Just hopping back in to let y’all know I’m still here and we are changing a few things around!

Anyway let’s get to it, let’s open with something a bit exciting, here a full vehicle inspection I did the other week for a client. Yep this is a 99 Mazda Miata, and yes it’s an actual racecar with a roll cage (I hear the jokes coming).

This particular client needed to sell his personal race-car to get ready for his newborn. He asked me to make sure it was ready to be sold and let him know any little thing that it needed.

His car went up on 4 jack stands and got a full check up from tow hook, to tailpipe. When I was done with my inspection I emailed him a corner by corner detailed list of every and any little thing that wasn’t optimal.

One big thing that I found was a rear caliper actually had a broken slide pin, this could have easily injured someone had it not been caught.

Thankfully the local parts store had a bracket and we potentially saved a persons race weekend and more importantly their life. The coolest part of all of this is with my inspection; I actually maximized his sale with this detailed report, and he sold his car for $25,000 that same week!!!
