Dry skin - we can help This is what we do
Radiation destroys the skin’s ability to produce melanin for 3 years. (The function that creates tanning and provides the skin’s natural sun protection). Radx R Radiation Therapy is designed to be used a few hours before or immediately following radiation treatments, when discomfort is present. It can be applied liberally to the affected area directly after treatments, and can be used as often as needed to reduce pain, itching and inflammation. Womenheart Womenhealth

Radx was developed after the founder’s brother after being diagnosed at MD Anderson with inoperable throat cancer. His treatment included 44 radiation treatments, which created burning, irritation and inflammation on throat and jaw. Having developed the first formula of its type in 1980 to treat sunburn, and then in 1984 for Texas Parks & Wildlife Department to treat jellyfish and Portuguese Man-Of-War stings, our families have used this product for 40 years on all types of skin issues, so we suspected this would help and it did—overnight!
