We're thrilled to introduce our newest Titan team member, David Patrick! 🎉 As the Senior Vice President of Business Development – Oklahoma Division, David brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. And a passion for the real estate community in Oklahoma City and beyond.

David's journey started at Oklahoma State University, where he honed his skills and passion for the industry. David comes to Titan with an impressive 20 years in the Title industry as well as 6 years of Mortgage experience, mostly recently serving as Executive Vice President of Business Development at a respected competitor for the past 11 years.

Not only is David a trailblazer in the title industry, but he's also actively involved in the community. Serving as a Board of Director for the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame and being part of the prestigious Jim Thorpe Award selection committee are just some of the ways he contributes beyond the corporate world.

His commitment to excellence has earned him recognition, such as the 2021 Abe Lemons Award from the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame. Additionally, he's a 2022 graduate of Leadership OKC, further showcasing his dedication to personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, David is a loving father to three children and will celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary with his wife, Keri Patrick, next March.
