Meet the mice: Morsel

Morsel takes an "if it isn't specifically outlawed, it must be legal" approach to both life and racing. At Texas Independence Day©®, she created the sport's biggest controversy when she jumped off her track and into another racer’s before sprinting to the finish. Spectators and officials alike were stunned. In response, the MRA (Mouse Racing Association©®) made a rule specifically against the action, dubbing it the "Morsel Rule". In everyday life, Morsel cannot parallel park, hates bacon, and eats pizza with a fork.

Meet the mice: Miss Bianca

Miss Bianca has had one of the most impressive careers in Mouse Racing Association©® history, winning at least 1 race at every event, including last event’s finale where she beat the runner up by 8 lengths.

Unfortunately, tragedy struck just days after when, on her celebration tour, she was injured in a freak wheel-climbing accident. Her right foot got lodged between 2 spokes for 72 hours before finally escaping and surviving. Doctors initially thought she would never walk again, much less race. After months of intense training, Miss Bianca has learned once again how to race by harnessing the power of only 3 legs.

Meet the mice: Gadget

Gadget came into the league with excellent skills, but has yet to win the big one. Considered a prodigy at the young age of 3 months, she is now a now a veteran with declining speed and will have to rely on her bag of “gadgets," including but not limited to: poo flinging, training equipment sabotage, or Nancy-Kerriganing an opponent.

With Critterfest days away, we wanted to introduce you to the mice for this year's races!

First up: Robin (middle name redacted) Sparkles!

It was found out during training between the last Texas Independence Day©® and the latest interation of Critterfest©® that Robin had developed a bit of an obsession with Taylor Swift. Long story (very) short, Swift obtained a restraining order against Robin over the summer. With the lost focus and lack of training, Robin does not look like a contender for this year's Critterfest Cup©®.
