Wherever we go, singing bowls seem to find us! Even on vacation on a tiny island in the middle of the Carribean. 🏝️

We were just minding our business shopping in a clothing boutique on St. Croix, and of course there were bowls there. I think it’s universe’s way of letting me know I’m on the right path. 🥰✨

Himalayan bowls are my first love and have played a huge part in my healing journey. And guess what, I’m teaching a workshop next month!

The oculus in the Skyspace, “The Color Inside,” was serving major full moon vibes last night, which is so cool because it was the full moon!

It was an honor for to invite me back for a sound bath meditation, especially during Mental Health Awareness Month.

This Skyspace is one of my favorite places to relax, meditate, connect within, and feel at peace - I highly recommend a visit!
