OUR STORY
Our Total Fitness Kickboxing - South Austin, TX classes are specifically designed for anyone of any fitness level. You may train at your own pace and intensity level throughout the class. Each class is 45-50 minute interval training sessions consisting of several rounds of punches and kicks on a 130 lb heavy bag, body weight resistance training , plyometric moves and finishing with intense core-strengthening movements.
At TFK, we know that making your Health & Wellness Program fun and challenging leads to consistency and that leads to results. Our certified trainers and professionally formatted workouts are designed to get results fast.
