At Caritas of Austin, volunteers are the heart of our operation. Noah is a wonderful representative of the compassion and commitment that Caritas of Austin volunteers bring to their work every day. Noah spent the spring 2024 semester as an intern with Espero Rutland, Caritas of Austin’s supportive housing community; he is continuing his internship this summer, working specifically with our Youth Program. Noah spends most of his time with Espero Rutland residents, connecting individuals to resources, providing case management services, and reaching out to ensure residents are comfortable and feel welcome.
