Now available at Moonshine Downtown: The Clear Favorite! An inspired cocktail created in collaboration with The Bar at Fort Nelson, located inside Michter’s distillery in historic Louisville. The Clear Favorite is a clarified milk punch, a drink-making technique that uses dairy and acid to separate and filter proteins in order to produce a smoother, more complex cocktail, adapted by Moonshine Director of Operations Joe Nguyen in homage to the original version at The Bar.

Kinfolk’s version of The Clear Favorite utilizes Vago “Elote” Mezcal and Siglo Cero Pox, a sacred Mayan distillate. These spirits were chosen to highlight maize, a shared historic cornerstone of culinary and beverage industries in both the United States and Mexico.
