Fear is a big part of change for many people. Our fight or flight jumps into place trying to protect us. Using change as a way to light your way forward can change the way you work. Reducing your fear increases your ability to see more options and take chances on innovation.
Life is not stationary. We are constantly under construction. The challenge is creating strong building blocks for a resilient foundation. Spirit is rooted in the words breath and inspire. So it could be said that with every breath you take you get to decide if you are going to fracture or strengthen yourself or your company. Resiliency comes from the building blocks that strengthen.
