Can you believe that we have entered the final quarter of the year? I wanted to offer some helpful questions you can ask yourself this weekend to check in, refocus if necessary and reflect on where you are. And, where you want to go to close out this year and how you want to start setting yourself up for 2022.

Sometimes people think the end of the year isn’t worth investing that much time or effort in for themselves, their business or any other areas or pursuits.

Have you ever heard the saying when building a house, spend 80% of your time on the foundation and 90% of your time on the planning and the rest will come together?

This is true for planning our lives as well. What we can visualize and truly desire, spend time with in our hearts, can ground, strategize and take meaningful daily actions towards..we can make a reality.

I put together a blog post with some important questions for you to reflect on when getting ready to close this year.

You can still choose your focus regardless of how you feel or all that’s going on in the world.

Each of us focusing on our light, what inspires us and our highest values is truly what we each need from each other.

The only person who can determine what is most important in your life is YOU. The more you focus on what you think should be, could’ve done or what you perceive to be missing, the more unfulfilled you will be. Instead, follow your flow so you can experience fulfillment and connection in who you are and allowing yourself permission and love for where you are on your path right now.
