We've been asked to serve at Dove Ridge Winery THIS SATURDAY!! I didn't even know about this place but it looks amazing! They are also having live music by Gravity Factory!! Just wanted to say thank you to Carla Davis and all the others who worked extremely hard in the extreme Texas heat yesterday to make the Poolville Tabernacle Fundraiser a success! My vertigo almost won yesterday and I thought I was going to have to leave. Luckily I am married to the most amazing man ever and as always he just picked me up and we kept on going. (Despite his almost having a heat stroke as well) Not sure exactly how much $ was raised but I'm very hopeful it was enough. We don't live in Poolville or go to church there. Honestly I barely get out there anymore. What matters is this small community deserves a Tabernacle!! It takes a village and sometimes we need to step in and help other villages. We worked hard for days preparing for this event that we knew we were not going to be making any money on. The payment will come some day when we are gone and our children are able to take their children to the new Tabernacle and say your grandparents had a tiny part in helping this be possible.. The little $ that could have been brought home would've already been long gone and forgotten but the Tabernacle standing will be such a huge reward! Life is short. As hard as it is sometimes we need to try to keep our priorities straight. Have a great Sunday!!

The fundraiser for the Poolville Tabernacle has been rescheduled for June 24th.. If you haven't already got your tickets online run over to their page and get them early at a discounted price! All the details are there as well. We've been super excited about doing this event to help one of our favorite little towns rebuild a place to worship God! Bring all your family and friends and your generous hearts for a great time and for a great cause!!

Happy Sunday morning! We are delivering brisket, pulled pork, smoked bologna, potato salad, and brisket beans today!! We have buns and tortillas if you guys want sandwiches or tacos! Also we are delivering to the lake this afternoon if anyone is going out on the water and wants lunch let me know so I can meet you out there!

It's seriously amazing to see God work so quickly! Sometimes it's really difficult for me to wait in the flesh for what I want to happen... Then there's a day like today when I witnessed God work thru my family and friends literally faster than I could fill the orders! Big shout out to My Father! So blessed!

Good news!! You don't have to make dinner this week!! We have 2 briskets that we haven't cut into yet.... so we are marking them down today! $75 takes an entire brisket perfectly smoked or $10 a pound. Msg me here or call or text me and I'll deliver.
