Causes of Constipation or pain in the pelvic floor: *Muscle tightness kinks the pipe aka squeezes the rectum so it is harder to push out the poop! *You may not have a strong pushing movement to push out the poop! *You may not be using your pelvic floor correctly to relax so the poop can come out! *And more! If you have any of the symptoms in this video especially if combined with back pain, hip pain, or pelvic pain, you may need pelvic floor PT!

One major key of pelvic floor therapy is being able to RELAX! And not just relax your mind, but actually relax the muscles in your pelvic floor to decrease pain, incontinence, constipation, and possibly even that deep itching feeling you may have inside your rectum. 😱 The key is to target the right muscles. In pelvic floor PT, we have tools and techniques that can help!! Oh and that’s our specialty 🤗

Working out allllll the knots. . Your calf muscle can cause foot and ankle pain if it is tight or weak! . Tight calf muscles can cause achilles pain or pain under your foot! . Stop limping around and let me help you 🙂
