Thank you to the Belgium Cold Springs Fire Department and the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps for being a part of our event again this year. They help make sure we all stay safe and it truly helps make it a community event. 💙💜

Today was a beautiful memorial for Elizabeth and Maryella. The day started with a beautiful rainbow over Palmer Elementary. We had some rain, but overall the weather cooperated!
Thank you to everyone who attended or helped in anyway. It means so much to us that our family, friends and community are helping to keep Maryella and Elizabeth’s memory alive. 💜

Calling all kids! Stop by the kids raffle table and enter a chance to win one of many great prizes!

There are lots of activities for the kids from 10 to 1130am. Jeff the Magic Man will be making balloon animals from 10:30 to 11:30am. There will be face painting, music, free ice cream donated by Wegmans, and a coloring contest!

This week we took a break from getting ready for the memorial event to deliver 135 books to Hillside Family of Agencies in Auburn. They serve children ages 8 to 18, which was perfect because we had some books for the older kids as well as the younger ones. 💜💙

Hillside partners with youth, adults and their families to provide individualized health, education and human services. Such a great organization!

This year, Annal‘s Angels does not have an immediate project we are working on, so our planning committee has decided to focus our fundraising on two local organizations. We are happy to share that Friends Forever Animal Rescue and the Baldwinsville Christmas Bureau will each be receiving a portion of the proceeds from this event. These are two organizations that Maryella and Elizabeth would have loved to support. 💜💙

We continue to be grateful to our community and to all who have helped create these scholarships in memory of Maryella and Elizabeth.

Abigail Wilburn was the recipient of the Maryella Annal Memorial Scholarship. She is headed to Onondaga Community College in the fall, pursuing a career in nursing.

Ethan Jocko was the recipient of the Elizabeth Annal Memorial Scholarship. He is on his way to Wake Tech in North Carolina this fall, pursuing a career in aerospace engineering.

Baldwinsville Community Scholarship Foundation

Great news! The Elizabeth Annal Memorial Scholarship has been fully funded and is now officially endowed!

We are very grateful for generous donations that have come in over the last several months for the scholarship.

We are looking forward to attending this year’s Moving Up Day on June 5 when the scholarship recipients will be announced. 💜💙
