Another first-time homeowner!! 🏡Congratulations to our awesome teammate Zach’s sister Jamie and her husband Spencer on closing on their first home last week! It appraised for $15k over the sales price which means instant additional equity! Congratulations to our dear friend Gabby on closing on the purchase of her first home this morning!!! It took a while to find the right one, but she persevered in a tough market and got it done. Between a seller credit (they do still exist!) and agency and First Home Mortgage-provided grant funds, we were able to get her $12,000 towards her down payment and closing costs! Who says you can’t get a deal out there with the right team in your corner?!
