Good Morning family! It’s December 1st! As 2022 slowly comes to an end, I’m reflecting on each lesson learned so far. For me, the most important of them all is learning to trust myself and my abilities. Your girl needs to gas herself up a bit more, and not wait for others to do it. I’m still working on it but, I’m conscious of it.
What’s something you learned in 2022?

is a special blend I created for my brother …. He needed a blend that was caffeine free, and included ingredients that he could have pre/post workout.
