McGlockton’s mom and dad both say they’re glad charges have been filed, and are prepared to fight as this case moves forward.

Sheriff Gualtieri: “Before , this probably would have a different outcome.” Says is simply enforcing the law the way it’s written. State Attorney will now review case and decide if can prove Drejka is not entitled to use force in this shooting.
According to Michael Drejka is projected from being arrested & charged in this fatal shooting over the parking spot according to the FL stand your ground law. State Attorney must prove Drejka is not entitled to this immunity.
Sheriff Gualtieri says Markeis McGlockton walked up to Michael Drejka & violently shoved him to the ground for fighting with his girlfriend over parking in a handicapped spot. Drejka told that he was in fear & thought McGlockton was going to attack him
Sheriff Gualtieri is expected to address the deadly shooting. We are headed there now. will carry the press conference live online.
