I met Winnie the penguin yesterday 😍
I was happy to support a 🍺 collab between & with sales of the Sweet Pea's Promise pale ale to support African penguin conservation. I learned that the Maryland Zoo has the largest colony of African penguins in North America and has bred over 1000 chicks 🐧

C19 affects everyone differently but PLEASE take it easier than you think when getting back to running after recovering.
