Autocross season....
Congratulation to James Dunham for winning not only the morning Pro Shootout in today's "double" event but also the Pro Shootout in the afternoon session!! James took home a total of $300 thanks to contingency sponsorship from PG Tools and FASTSIGNS of Waldorf! He qualified third in the morning and ran a time just 0.074 off his dial-in. In the afternoon, he was actually No. 5 qualifier but ran closest to his dial-in by 0.250 in the one-run Shootout.
Interesting to note, at all the Pro Shootouts we did this year, nobody qualifying higher than third has gone on to win the Pro Shootout. So Nos. 1 and 2 qualifiers were all shutout of the money.
Who will it be? Find out tomorrow at the final event of the season!
Our last autocross of the year is this Sunday at Regency Furniture Stadium in Waldorf. It's a double event -- four runs in the morning and four in the afternoon. This also means that the Pro class will run in the morning and afternoon and somebody could potentially win $300 thanks to PG Tools and FASTSIGNS of Waldorf!!!
The Pro class is only another $10 on top of your entry fee. All competitors get their normal four runs, and the top 5 in PAX qualify for a one-run shootout. Those drivers choose their own dial-in, and the closest to the dial in wins all the money! There's $150 at stake for the morning session and $150 for the afternoon.
You can sign up when registering at DLB Racing in any class with a "P" prefix or on site Sunday morning. Either way, the extra $10 entry fee will be collected at registration on Sunday.
You know you wanna....
Registration is open for the last event of the year!
Congratulations to Learic Cramer for winning the Pro Shootout at our event today! Learic qualified 4th out of four drivers but went closest to her dial-in during the one - run shootout. She won $150 thanks to PG Tools and FASTSIGNS of Waldorf! Thanks to Tom Layton (No. 1 qualifier), Commander Andy Clark (No. 2) James Dunham (No. 3) for stepping up to the challenge!
Next weekend is Event #5! Yep, next Sunday in beautiful Waldorf! Register now at DLBRacing!
