Thrilled and humbled to share that And 4 Dessert has been nominated for 'Best of Black Baltimore' in the bakery category by The Baltimore Times! When I moved from Birmingham to Baltimore, diving into a new food scene as a pastry chef felt like a leap of faith. The trials and joys have been countless, and being part of the plethora of diverse black bakers in this city is an honor in itself.

A bride and groom's dream come true. This cake had to include elements from the brides young nephew. He wanted the cake to have rubber ducks on it from his favorite store and to show their support of . Also, beach paddles represent the paddle champions that are the bride and groom. The blushing couple wanted the cake to match the rustic venue, while including dried florals and their beloved elkhound. And did I mention make it elegant?
