Tasty Dinner

INGREDIENTS
700g chicken drumsticks
1 red sweet pepper
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
6 potatoes (not too big)
1 marrow (big)
10 field mushrooms
0,5 teaspoon chilli powder
Ground black pepper to taste
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Number of servings: 3-4

STEP 1
Wash drumsticks. Put them on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper. Then add potatoes. If potatoes are new, just wash them thoroughly. If not, peel them. Big potatoes can be cut.
STEP 2
Add mushrooms to the chicken and potatoes. Rub everything with olive oil. Cut sweet pepper and take out the seeds. Then cut it into small pieces.
STEP 3
Cut marrows (you can peel them). Chop red onion and garlic finely. Mix everything and add it to the chicken drumsticks.
STEP 4
Add chilli powder and ground black pepper. Sprinkle them evenly over the chicken and vegetables. You don't have to rub spices in or mix everything. During the process of cooking, the spices will mix with the vegetables and chicken juices and give them required taste and flavour.
STEP 5
Put the baking tray into the oven heated to 200°C. Cook for 45-60 minutes. Your chicken with roasted vegetables is ready!
