We are so thankful at local Scout Hayden Thomas has chosen us for his Eagle Scout protect. He will be building two permanent benches along Tannery Hill Trail for all to enjoy!
He is looking for some help if anyone is interested!
From Hayden:
Hello all! I will be installing my Eagle Scout Project on November 24 down at the Tannery Hill trail, and I would love to have some help. We will be setting the two benches into concrete. I plan to start at 3:30 and there will be snacks and drinks for all volunteers. Hope to see you all there!
Thank you Hayden!

It’s a beautiful weekend for a hike! Make sure you use caution…some strange activity was reported on the town creek trail bridge.
We are thrilled to receive support from Bardstown/Nelson County Tourism to help us create a website to better connect our locals and tourists to our nature trails. Thank you Visit Bardstown for seeing our vision and supporting us! Stay tuned. There is work to be done!

As we prepare for our opening next week, please keep us in mind when thinking about donations. We have specific projects that do require funding, (Bridges, outdoor classroom, materials for community events). If you want to be a part of a specific pledge, please let us know! If you would rather avoid online donations, we can discuss that as well.
