Desert: Pumpkin rolls—all made from scratch-pumpkin cake, rolled up with a fluffy cream cheese filling

Save yourself the time from having to make a desert for Christmas and try one of these awesome rolls. They are quite large and will easily feed 10 plus. $20

Hopefully this is the last week this dumpster is in our way and we can get back to it!

Due to construction at the commercial building behind the food truck, I had to temporarily move it. We won’t be open today!

Made myself a little treat, may have to put it on the menu, simple but good. Red sauce, Pepperoni, mozz, post bake cold buratta and goat cheese, mikes hot honey. All the creaminess from the cold cheese takes out some of the bite from the honey and pepperonis, works well!

The special today is one of those things you gotta trust me on. Probably one of my favorite pizzas I’ve made. The smoked beef is a cured meat and is sliced super thin, it provides awesome flavor on pizza.

I have been revamping my dough some, it’s crispier now and slightly larger pizza. I’m excited for everyone to try and don’t want to wait until Sunday! This tomato pie, while it sounds simple, it’s extremely good. Since it’s so lightly topped, it’s even crispier than normal. Come give it a try! #🍕
