Crew members may be requested to do a variety of work including lawn mowing and grounds maintenance related tasks, weeding, litter pick-up, inventory and maintain tools, operate and maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and other activities that may be temporarily or permanently assigned.

- Ability to properly wear and maintain uniform items to maintain a positive company image
- Ability to work weekends and during inclement weather as requested
- Must have experience working on lawn mowing crew

Groundsman are responsible for completing tasks directed to them by the assigned tree climber, foreman, or production manager. Groundsman assist the tree climber with tasks related to trimming, pruning, and removing trees; use and follow PPE and safety guidelines; learn techniques and proper use of tools from tree climber or senior groundsman; collect and pile branches/debris to be chipped or removed; safely operate shredding and chipping equipment, chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, stump grinders, and skid steers/loaders; clean, maintain, sharpen and lubricate tools and equipment; ensure work sites are kept clean and free of hazards; report issues or safety hazards to tree climber or foreman.

The ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying outdoor weather conditions is required. Due to the seasonal nature of work crew members may be required to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, evenings, and during emergency events.

Minimum Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain CDL
- Clean driving record for at least 3 years
- Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission
- Ability to work weekends and outside normal business hours as requested
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs or more
- Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- Excellent communication skills
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and physical exam
- Ability to work independently
- A positive attitude

Crew leaders are responsible for leading and assisting their assigned crew members in completing assigned tasks by prioritizing projects, assigning and monitoring work tasks, ensuring work quality standards are met, operating and maintaining equipment, completing work orders, accurate time tracking, ensuring crew safety, training employees and providing performance feedback, procuring of materials, and other activities that may be temporarily or permanently assigned. The ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying outdoor weather conditions is required. Due to the seasonal nature of work crew members may be required to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 Per Hour (Dependent on experience)

Minimum Requirements:

· Ability to lift 50lbs.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Experience driving while pulling a trailer
· Clean driving record for at least 3 years
· High School Diploma or GED
· Ability to work weekends as requested
3+ years of experience as a crew member OR 2+ year experience as a crew leader
· Ability to interact professionally with all customers and co-workers
· Ability to properly wear and maintain uniform items to maintain a positive company image
· Proficient at operating light and heavy equipment, power tools and hand tools
