Story Time❤️‍🔥 I fell in love with ginger a few years ago in the form of tea, and have been HOOKED ever since. I add fresh ginger to meals and in pretty much all of my personal juice recipes. I’ve met a few juice lovers that avoid ginger at all cost, and I get it. It’s potent and has a spicy kick 🥵 BUT that’s what makes it SOOO GOOD! I typically get my daily intake of ginger from ginger shots in the mornings for a quick boost (I’m not a fan of coffee). ⬇️Here are a few reasons why I love ginger, and why you should love it too.

There were over ~69 health screenings, ~healthy cooking demonstrations by local chefs, ~fitness and movement activities, ~a kid’s zone, and much much more.
