Meet Jarratt, the powerhouse behind Sug (Formerly known as Sugar & Bronze). Nearly a decade ago, she opened its doors with a mission to cater to all skin types and tones.

Beyond her bustling salon, Jarratt’s life is a whirlwind of motherhood and entrepreneurship. With five children, another on the way, and a couple of old pups, she’s the epitome of juggling it all. Alongside her husband Mike, she co-owns Ke Kō Botanicals, a flourishing company specializing in sugaring, skincare, and education.

Jarratt’s journey didn’t start in the beauty industry though. She initially pursued a path in nutrition and exercise physiology, delving into research on obesity and diabetes. However, her love for competition and challenges eventually led her down a different road, where she found her true passion.

As an international sugaring educator, expert panelist, and judge for prestigious events like ‘The Skin Games’ and the International Conference of Esthetics and Spa, Jarratt’s expertise is recognized worldwide. She thrives in environments where she can share her knowledge and push the boundaries of her field.

Despite her busy schedule, Jarratt craves the great outdoors, though she admits to preferring the comforts of a proper bathroom over roughing it. She’s not one for creatures that fly, sting, or bite, but with her unwavering determination and reliance on Jesus and coffee, there’s no challenge she can’t conquer.
