January 10th 2022. This is a letter that Bentleys primary care physician who had been his doctor since we moved here in 2019 that wrote this for me to give to the courts.

January 14th 2022 the state of Oregon dropped jurisdiction on my son. His “father” was NOT on his birth records nor did he have a single right to him. My 2017 custody court order was the only/valid still in order custody arrangement / order. The only reason that this man was even notified and referred to as his father is because there was a DNA test done in 2017 that was ordered by the state of Michigan because my son had state insurance and they were looking for somebody to charge for that insurance. I have posted my custody order and this order now, please keep in mind there was a hearing a couple weeks before this one in the state of Michigan that the father tried to file for full custody of my son, and the judge in Michigan said that he had to wait until jurisdiction was dropped by Oregon and then go on to prove me unfit in order to get any custodial rights. I’m going to continue to post evidence/facts about this whole situation along with my story. Just please be patient because I do work. I have two little girls that I raise alone and to say I’m busy is an understatement lol.
