OK so I am officially a vendor at the Oregon Flock and Fiber festival in Canby Oregon this weekend. Last minute I know. Last year over 8000 came through in the 2 days. If you can come see me and Wish me luck on getting a lot of baking done in the 3 days.

Just finished a test run of Molasses whole wheat crumb cake. Really moist and not to sweet. Can we say healthy not to shabby :)

Bella Pasteleria was named after my beautiful neice Isabella who is 4 yrs old.

Clara's Banana Buttermilk bread, Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Southern Sweet Zucchini Bread and Red Velvet Cake. Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oatmeal Raisin with more to come.

Ok so starting your own baking and catering busniess is slow going. But here I am. I will be adding to this page as it is not my priority right know, but thought you would like to follow along. Any suggestions are welcome. :)
