Came into the office today with Jessica, to wrap up some things from this week and sat here for a chance in perspective and it’s allowed me to be present enough to realize something timely.

It’s officially been about one year since I left the BHA and decided to pursue my private practice full time and in that time:

🗂️ I’ve filled my caseload (40+ clients).

🥹 I instituted a 4-day work week policy.

🏢 I opened an office in downtown Bel Air that I love coming to every day.

👩🏻🧑🏽As of this week, I just hired my 2nd therapist for the practice and will be having team headshots done for the website in the coming weeks!

🎰 And lastly, I’ve been LOVING betting on myself again, leveraging my skill set to expand business and never needing to convince a boss whether a new business idea is worth going after or not. I just try it, collect more data (whether I succeed or fail), and rinse & repeat.
