I just love the how crispy the bottoms are on the Mini Pan Fried Dumplings and their XLB’s are always so delicious. The Supreme Tan Tan Noodles are so good when mixed together and of course you have to get the Pork Chop Fried Rice. This restaurant is always so busy, so it’s so nice that there’s a bigger space. They also have VIP rooms for more private group dining. Make sure you head out to either their Bellevue and Kirkland locations for delicious Chinese food at Supreme Dumplings .
