How do I train for Aspire’s supported wilderness running trips, or any ultra distance or multi-day running adventure?

Aspire’s Spring Training Community provides the answer to these questions! The Spring Training Community and Training Plan are an included resource available to all runner's who have registered for an Aspire trip. The plan, developed by coach and Doctor of Physical Therapy , answers questions like:

What is the appropriate mileage?
How to I increase mileage?
What if I get injured?
When is it okay to rest?
What about cross-training?..and more

Office hours with Andrew make this an invaluable resource for those training for epic mountain days this summer. This year's program officially kicks off this Sunday with a webinar, though the plan can be utilized at any time! Registered runners, watch your emails for the RSVP link!
