Lemurian Quartz ✨✨✨

🔮Amethyst is a unique and important crystal, known for its beautiful violet hues, which result from traces of manganese and other elements in its quartz structure. Historically, it has been associated with royalty.

This stone is often valued for its ability to help transform habits, thoughts, and emotions, guiding them from a lower, more basic level to a higher, more refined expression of our divine nature. As a healing stone, amethyst can be powerful, but like other quartz crystals, it works best when its energy is directed by a healer.
