Home made clotted cream is perfect! I always make it a day ahead in case i have to make a second batch as it can be tricky! This batch is perfect. The remaining residue milk/cream will be used to make fresh baked scones! Now the age old question jam or cream first? I know how I like mine!!!!

Closed June 19 th - July 5 th time for family 💕

June was a wonderful month for teas ! We are heading out on Sunday for our annual road-trip;this year we will explore Maine! July is fast approaching book a tea now!

Another successful tea this time for the “Bunco Babes” ! Lots of fun ladies enjoyed a high tea before getting down to the buisness of fun bunco games!

Preparing for my first children’s tea party tomorrow! So excited to create bite sized kid friendly tea menu! What a great way to spend time with mother, daughter and granddaughters together - have a tea to stay cool and learn about tea etiquette!

To celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee I created my own version of the Jubilee Pudding.As an extra treat I’ll be serving them for all Tea’s in the month of June !!!!

June dates are filling up fast but July would be a great time to celebrate Independence Day with a Texas Tea! Homemade salsa, deviled eggs and homemade pimento cheese sandwiches as well as all the other goodies-Tea with a ‘Texas Twang’ !

Today was my “soft opening” Nan was kind enough to host a tea for some wonderful ladies so I could get valuable feedback and also practice doing a tea for a larger group # teatime
