I wanted to take some time to reflect on the accomplishment of 12 years in business. We would not be able to celebrate today without you and your support! This is as much our accomplishment as it is yours!

I would be lying if I said I never wanted to give up over these 12 years, but I'd always check in with myself at the end of a hard day and remember why I do this... to create a world of more food inclusivity for those with food allergies, autoimmune disease and intolerances.

I know first hand how challenging and restricting navigating a life with food allergies can be. I also know how wonderful, healing and empowering it can be when we work together to create products that are safe for everyone.

Easy Gluten Free Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Recipe!

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, divided
1 clove garlic, minced or grated
4 The Greater Knead Plain Bagels
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
Kosher or fine sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 pound ribeye steak, finely chopped
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Directions
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the garlic and cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Place the split bagels cut-side down into the skillet and lightly toast. Keep warm.
Position an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat the broiler.
Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet with 1 tablespoon oil. Heat until the butter melts, add the onion and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until caramelized, about 5 minutes. Add the ribeye and spread into an even layer. Cook for 1 minute, flip and cook for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Top the bottoms of the bagels with the steak and onion mixture, top with cheese and place under the broiler until the cheese melts, about 2 – 3 minutes. Top with the bagel tops and serve.
Reheat The Greater Knead bagels for approximately 60 seconds or until soft. Optional toast afterwards.
