I can beat a dead horse talking about how Jiu-Jitsu improved my life.

I'm not one of those people who can say "Jiu Jitsu saved my life." But it definitely gave me a guide in which to direct my intentions.

I worked out for Jiu-Jitsu. I ate well for Jiu-Jitsu. I didn't party while others did for Jiu-Jitsu.

Not that I imagine my life would turn out "bad", but because of Jiu-Jitsu I never have to wonder "what if". The best time to start was yesterday. Today is the next best day. Come in and see for yourself.

Monday night was kicking! Working new material to start the week off.

One win however, was that for the first time the whole crew stayed for the 2 hour practice. May not seem that big of a deal, but not everyone can hit 5min rounds out of the gate. Add in the live rounds beforehand, and you have yourself a workout.

The BIGGEST win so far, and it'll only improve, is that my man Alan Cashin has lost 8lbs since he started. He's doing the hard work of cleaning up his diet, grinding with these youngsters each class, and showing up. Couldn't be happier or more proud my guy!
