Project Highlight of the Week: Completed in the summer of 2023, this Mt. Lebanon master bathroom was a true labor of love. We were delighted to learn the homeowners had completed the demo in advance so we were able to get started right away on the framing, rough electrical and plumbing. As you enter the bathroom, you just can't miss the custom tile shower. The hexagon porcelain floor complements the shower tile to bring the entire design together. Expanding the floorplan was a dramatic improvement and paved the way for a beautiful his and hers double vanity. This was a dramatic improvement that really opened up the space for our clients.

Another project finished just in time for Christmas. This project began as an idea to open up the space between a 1st floor office and living room, and later evolved to moving the heat vent and adding additional electrical outlets to meet code. We collaborated with a structural engineer, electrical inspection agency, and the local municipality to insure we dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's for a safe and successful completion. We’re proud to have another satisfied customer ready to celebrate the holidays with their friends and family.

A great reminder from our friends at Kowalski Heating Cooling Plumbing. Turn off those outdoor water valves before they freeze.

If you haven't already, be sure to turn off your outdoor water valves. The freezing temperatures increase the risk of bursting pipes if not adequately prepared. Additionally, allow the pipes to drip until they're empty. This will help prevent the freezing and bursting of any remaining water in the lines, reducing the risk of potential leaks in your walls and ceiling.

Made quick progress on this deck removal just in time before the weather breaks. We couldn't have done it without our friends at Pascarella Disposal Services. They made securing a dumpster smooth and painless. Call Mitch if you're looking for a reasonable and reliable dumpster roll-off service.

Once a black and gold bathroom, this space was due for a much needed improvement. The entire space was gutted down to the bare bones and transformed into a brand new space for their children, guests, and their cats to enjoy. From the demolition phase to the filling the final nail hole, we have every detail covered.

A special thanks to our friends at Splash Kitchen Bath Home for always providing the best products and service and Premier Granite & Stone for their vast selection of countertops and expert installation.

Prepping for a new kitchen floor. Unfortunately the previous installer didn't follow the proper procedures for installing hardibacker and tile, so the homeowner's had no choice but to do the job over again. We removed the original layer of luan, 1/4" hardibacker, and the tile so we could start fresh with the original subfloor. Stay tuned for the progress as we put everything back together.

Our final bathroom of 2022. With our friends at Splash Kitchen Bath Home, Brookside Lumber Company and Crossway Plumbing, we were able to make major improvements to this bathroom in Baldwin-Whitehall. Schluter waterproofing is underway in this master bathroom shower remodel. Self leveler poured in preperation for the shower tray tomorrow. Thank you to everyone following along on this project.

The last few months have been packed with projects that I nearly forgot to share this one. 3x12 subway tile backsplash in Whitehall Borough.

Wrapping up the week with the rough plumbing. Ready to start the prep for the tile with our favorite shower waterproofing system, Schluter-Systems North America. You don't want to miss it.

Another clean day of demo. Customers love our dust managment system and floor protection from the shower to the front door. Always a clean jobsite at the end of the day so we can get a good start in the morning. Plumbing is next, stay tuned.
