For all this who have been asking where you can find me, well here ya go. April 19th & 20th I’ll be taking over the bar at and serving up some tasty drink. You’ll see some of the classics but also rolling out some specials. Put it on your calendar and stay turns for more.

That’s a wrap! We roasted some coffee, burnt some coffee, and had fun the whole way. Huge shoutout to Mike for showing us the way. I feel more empowered than ever and I can’t wait to get my new roaster hooked up and running. Let’s gooo!!!

I’m not crying, you are. 😭😫 Today marks a bittersweet moment as the Mad Catter squad is together for the final time. Tomorrow we close up shop and the Mt Airy chapter will have been written. There have been many ups and downs, but the overarching storyline is filled with gratitude and appreciation. Grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow, both personally and as a business. And truly appreciative to these lovely ladies, for without them none of this would have been possible. It’s been a wild ride and I will look back at our time together and feel nothing but joy.

Monday begins the next chapter as I venture to Chicago to continue my coffee education. I’m going to receive my SCA Roasting Certificate. The opening of the roastery is on the horizon and a whole new set of adventure is upon me. I’m feeling more ready and prepared than ever and I can’t wait to see how things unfold.

Something is coming…

Valentines can be a difficult holiday to generalize. Everyone’s individual situation shapes their perspective of its meaning. For couples, it can mean a day of romance and love. It could also mean a day of obligation and meaningless spending. For the single folks out there (🙋‍♂️), it can represent a reminder of loneliness or it can just be another day. That’s why we named our NEW Valentines Blend “Love Bites.” We leave it’s meaning up to your own interpretation.

Love Bites is a fun blend of Guatemala & Colombia coffees. We taste watermelon & crème brûlée, making it the perfect flavor profile for the holiday.

The hair swoop that steals every lady’s heart and makes every man jealous. We can only do our best to be this cool. 😎

It looks like today’s snow day selection was a hot chocolate with marshmallows and a peppermint stick. The taste maker has shown us the way. It is time for all of us to follow.

I’m having one of those weird “holy s**t, I can’t believe this is real” moments. I’m thinking it’s cause I’m finally able to sit back after a crazy holiday season. I’ve been so consumed by making it happen, that I missed the insane progress I’ve made over the last 2 months. Now I’m sitting here soaking up how freaking cool this bar is!!

For those of you that are out of the loop, I opened a temporary coffee bar at Mount Airy Casino Resort in the Poconos. Im filling in and caffeinating the people while the resort transitions to a new coffee concept. My time here is coming to a close, but this baby isn’t going to rest. These counters will become my lab/ training space in my new (spoiler alert) roasting facility coming soon.

I’ve felt a lot of emotions over the last 2 months, but as of this moment, all I’m feeling is gratitude. F yeah!!

I’m being greedy this year and keeping this all for myself. Merry Christmas ya filthy animals.
