I’ve been adding lots of dimension lately to my clients, both blondes and brunettes for a more effortless look to seamlessly blend in with the natural regrowth.

I love this trend because not only does it mean a softer grow out, but is less processing on the hair leading to healthier hair.

I myself have embraced this change by going darker so the color melts into lighter ends, but I still get a highlight every 3 months but ensure the highlights are spaced out allowing for the dimension to be maintained.

doesn’t mean you don’t get your hair done anymore, it just means that you get it done to enhances your natural color so it looks undone and seamless. Kinda like no make up makeup… It’s you but enhanced, but made to look undone!

I have a really good feeling about this year…

No resolutions, no pressure, just love and kindness for myself to function at whatever level that looks like day to day.

2021 was a very healing period of my life. Lots of therapy (psychedelic and somatic) and journaling and time spent alone.

But what I mostly learned was that life is short and to really enjoy as much of it as we can, whatever that looks like. I feel like I’m no longer burdened with the pressure to be prefect, fix people, and just accept things as they are and move on.

Protecting my energy and advocating for my own needs has been a big change for me in my life and I hope that by sharing my reflections you too might think about how you’ve changed over this year.
