This was a tricky for
This lovely 70 years young woman had had previous implants that were too small for her chest wall and breast diameter, had become encapsulated, hard and painful and extremely distorted, especially with the indentation on the right side. She just wanted her breasts to look “normal” and natural again. In the postoperative pictures she is six months after removal of her textured saline 190 cc implants, creation of a new pocket with removal of the scar tissue and replacement with smooth round 200 cc wrapped in which has been shown to pretty much eliminate the recurrence of implant contracture. This was done through incisions and it was especially challenging to work out the right side indentation from her previous surgery. But now, with surgical and and the routine I do for all of my patients, her breasts remain soft and as natural in appearance as possible given her extremely petite frame. She did not want to be any bigger than her prior size and in this case we were able to deflate her old implants preoperatively in the office so that she could try sizers on and see what felt and looked best on her body before the surgery. This is in my opinion the best way for a patient to choose implant size.
Starting at a few weeks postoperatively we also did complimentary on her scars as I do with all my patients. I really like to be able to offer this comprehensive care.
While her breasts are still not perfectly symmetric, some of that has to do with the bony anatomy of her chest wall and the patient and I are both extremely happy with her results and I feel that this was an extremely successful outcome. 💕

Our lovely patient Helga is 63 years young and wanted a natural rejuvenation of her neck and lower face. She is one month out from her lower face and neck lift, bilateral upper blepharoplasty revision and fat transfer to her face. Her happiness with her results shines through with the radiance in her post-op pictures. 🥰 (where yes she is feeling sassy enough to wear makeup.) She says she looks at least ten years younger and that I “found” her cheekbones again. I will say that one thing about this case that was a little different was taking care of the extra roll of skin in her LOWER neck on the right side down by the clavicle.

A la the expert teachings of and and and minimal central subplatysmal fat was resected, plication was performed and minimal skin undermining and NO liposuction was performed.

Also the fat grafting of the tear troughs, nasolabial folds, pre-jowl sulcus softened her look by improving skin quality and partially camouflaged her lower eyelid “bags”

Due to a previous ptosis repair, her upper eyelids were actually a very interesting case and I am going to show that procedure in a separate post.

It makes me so happy to be able to help someone look and feel better about themselves. Not to be corny, but it is truly an honor and a privilege.

Two month lower eyelid follow-up!
Our beautiful 24 year-old patient was self-conscious about her lower eyelid dark circles. My initial surgical recommendation was with and however she did not have the downtime for this. So we did the next best thing!
First we addressed the with injections to augment her . This helped add support to her lower lids and draw in some fluid for volume.
Next we did injections under the lower eyelid skin up to the lash line. Over time, this thickened the lower eyelid skin and improved its texture to get rid of the darkness, which is caused by the veins visible under thin lower eyelid skin. The nanofat harvest and placement is done under local anesthesia in the office.
What a difference to show off her big beautiful eyes!

This 42 year-old woman desired a breast reduction to not only get the weight off her chest, but to even her breasts out, as the left one was much smaller than the right. Whe wanted them “as small as possible.” When I do a case with significant I always do the larger side first. I have to leave a certain amount of breast tissue for the remaining skin and ni**le to live on, and if you do the smaller side first, you might not be able to make the larger side small enough. So even in these three month after pictures the left side is still smaller than the right, I know that I matched them as much as I could, as safely as possible.

Interesting case! This 23 year-old woman had a history of asymmetric bilateral tuberous breasts and axillary breast tissue. She is two months now after her bilateral reduction/lift and excision of axillary breast tissue. The procedure created better symmetry and shape of the breasts. As are most breast reduction patients, she is thrilled with her results and has already gotten back to her busy summer!

Although I often use a superomedial pedicle for breast reductions, in this case I used a Mckissock bipedicle since the Ni**le had to be elevated such a long distance. While I did do some liposuction of her chest walls, axillary breast tissue must be directly excised. It really cannot “just be liposuctioned.” one of the ways you may be able to determine whether or not you have axillary breast tissue and not just “bra fat” is if the tissue in your armpits gets swollen when you have your period. Axillary breast tissue must be directly excised through incisions hidden in the armpits.

Subtle, natural and thus beautiful results for this 50 year old woman after bilateral upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift.) The procedure was performed in the office under local anesthesia and the downtime was less than a week!
